1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing cpnmakers.top you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Cpn Makers sells CPN (Credit Privacy Number) packages and Authorized User (AU) tradeline packages. All sales are final once delivered.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to use this service. We do not serve residents of any US-sanctioned country.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Telegram 2FA is enabled by default. We will never ask for your password.
5. Tradeline Profile
By submitting a tradeline profile you certify that all information is accurate. Misuse of CPN numbers or tradelines in violation of creditor policies is your sole responsibility.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payment is processed via OxaPay in cryptocurrency. Refunds are issued only if the tradeline cannot be delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation. Once the tradeline/CPN is delivered via Telegram, the sale is final.
7. Delivery
All tradeline packages are delivered via Telegram. You must start a chat with @cpnmakerbot before placing an order. Delivery time is typically under 24 hours.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any activity prohibited by US federal or state law.
9. Disclaimer
CPNs and AU tradelines do not guarantee credit-score improvement. Results vary based on individual credit profile and creditor policies. Cpn Makers is not a credit-repair organization and does not provide credit-counseling services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cpn Makers' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in dispute. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
