What is a CPN?+
A CPN (Credit Privacy Number) is a 9-digit number used in private credit-building. It is not a replacement for an SSN but a privacy alternative for select credit-building activities. Our CPN packages are prebuilt with tradeline history.
What is an Authorized User (AU) tradeline?+
An AU tradeline is when you are added as an authorized user to someone else's credit card account. The full account history (age, limit, payment history) is added to your credit report. You do not need to use the card or pay on it.
How does delivery work?+
After purchase and admin verification, your tradeline or CPN package is delivered via Telegram directly to your chat. You must start a chat with @cpnmakerbot before purchase. Delivery typically completes within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cryptocurrency via OxaPay: BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and many others. You may also use your account balance if funded.
Is my SSN safe?+
Yes. Your tradeline profile (including SSN) is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Only the last 4 digits are ever shown. We never sell your data.
How do I contact support?+

What's the refund policy?+
Refunds are issued only if the tradeline/CPN cannot be delivered within 7 days of payment. Once delivered, all sales are final.
